TOUR DESCRIPTION:
Your day will take you to a number of fascinating spots where you will learn about the natural production on Hvar, famous for its lavender, wine, olives and… “Did you know that rosemary honey was recently placed in the top 4 in the world?” Tour begins with a driving through the green island of Hvar, stopping in the village of Brusje, where we will be able to try homemade honey and smell Lavender and Rosemary. We continue the old road through the well known UNESCO protected vineyards, to an Olive oil mill in the village of Svirće. We will try 3-4 different kinds of extra virgin olive oil. Olive oil producer is a gold award winner on an annual World largest and most prestigious olive oil contest in New York held each spring..In the wine cellar you will have the opportunity to taste 4 different wines together with a specific wine guide, who will describe the individual wines and provide all information needed with islands finest local appetisers.
And sugar comes on the end. What is better than a chocolate? Try unique Mediterranean dark and white chocolate made with local herbs and fruits.
